Moral Order is committed to protecting your privacy. If you request information using the web site or are provided with login access to access certain areas of the website, we will maintain certain personal information within our systems. This privacy statement defines how this information will be used and explains how you can have it changed or removed.

Information Collected

We collect two types of information from you:

  1. Information that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. through a voluntary registration process, sign-ups or emails);
  2. and
  3. Information that is derived through automated tracking mechanisms.
1) Voluntary Registration Information
In order to fully access this Site, you must first complete the registration process, during which we will collect personal information about you. The information will include your name, address, email address and country of residence. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you except when you specifically provide such information to us on a voluntary basis. Voluntary Information for Services and Features

Moral Order will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes without your prior consent, other than to our suppliers and other third parties who need to know in order to deliver services on our behalf or unless required to do so by law. Further, Moral Order reserves the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the underlying service provided and/or the information collected.

How we protect your information

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. You may choose to invite friends to join the Moral Order community by sending invitation emails via our invite feature. We store the email addresses you provide so that the respondents may be added to your social network, confirm orders/purchases and also to send reminders of the invitations. Moral Order does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. Recipients of invitations may contact Moral Order to request removal of their information from our database.

Accessing and Updating your personal information and preferences

We provide mechanisms for updating and correcting your personal information for many of our services. You may modify or remove any of your personal information at any time by logging into your account and accessing features such as edit and account. Alternatively, if you wish your information to be changed or you wish to have your account removed from, you can email a request to [email protected]

Email Choice/Opt out

If any user who receives an email from the Site and would prefer not to receive such communications in the future, [he or she] can do so by following the instructions in the emails. We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 18 or older, you are not authorised to use the Site. Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that can be used to prevent children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.

Availability of service

Moral Order shall exercise reasonable care in providing the service and use reasonable efforts to make the service available at all times. Moral Order shall be entitled, without any liability, to carry out ongoing maintenance, updating or alterations to the site which may result in loss of access from time to time without prior notice.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Moral Order uses cookies to store visitor's preferences and to record session information. Our site uses "cookies" and other tracking technologies. Cookies enable us to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to sign in repeatedly. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. If a user's system is idle for a defined time, the cookie will expire, forcing the user to sign in again to continue their session. Moral Order reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. You will not be notified of changes to the privacy statement automatically and are therefore advised to regularly check this page. This privacy statement was last updated March 2013.
